Nhân Viên Nhập Liệu (Data Uploading)

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Process the data through manual entry into the system OR by preparing an Excel file for bulk insertion.
Manually inputting all required stop sales into the system.
Analyse contracts to exact all necessary data and commercial terms.

MAJOR TASKS
Data upload

Ensure 100% accuracy when uploading data.
Complete the assigned work on time.

Stop sales

Complete the system update within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
Ensure 100% accuracy when updating stop sales information in the system.

Other

Ability to maintain sustained focus and attention to detail.
Proactive work ethic and commitment to high standards of productivity.
Timely completion of assigned deliverables.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Excellent interpersonal skills across a variety of cultures.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Fluency in Vietnamese.
Must be proficient in using technology and working with software applications (Office Suite).
University graduate.
Previous experience in tourism and hospitality, either through studies or previous roles, is beneficial.
