* POSITION PURPOSE
Perform the duties as a receptionist, night auditor, reservationist, shop attendant or bellboy...
* JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Implement all policy and procedures of Front Office by enhancing the quality of services.
• Assist the guest efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions.
• Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all the times.
• Be responsible to meet and to talk to the guest at all times with a cheerful disposition and a positive service attitude in accordance with Victoria’s philosophy.
• Check the accuracy of front office accounting records and compiles a daily summary of hotel financial performance of the day.
• Be in charge of all guest requests during the night.
• Handle the reservation process and meet the needs of the guests with the availability of the hotel.
• Be responsible for handling all incoming telephone calls and transferring them.
• Be responsible for selling the items available in the shop.
• Welcome, advise the guests and implement suggestive selling technique.
• Coordinate all transportation needed by the guests or by the staff of the hotel.
• Be in charge of the maintenance of all equipment and material in working area.
• Assist superior in ensuring that the guest satisfaction standards are implemented in accordance with Victoria’s philosophy.
• Be responsible for the luggage of the guests upon their arrival and departure.
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned.

Knowledge
- College / University graduated in English
- Experience: not required.
Skills
- English skills: fluent both in writing and speaking
- IT skills: Word, Excel
