Task 1: Theo dõi mail, thông báo từ Develop, Mer, các bộ phận liên quan. Nhận phân công từ trưởng nhóm dự họp triển khai mã hà ng . / Check mail & announcement from Develop Dept, Merchandise Dept and realted Dept. Tiến hà nh nhận Block từ khách hà ng (nếu có) kiểm tra và bắt đầu thiết kế rập Proto1. / To receive Blocks from customer (in case of Block), check and start to design pattern of Proto 1. So sánh tà i liệu, thông số, phản hồi sự khác biệt cho Dev và báo cáo cho trưởng nhóm biết để báo lại kịp thời cho khách hà ng./ To compare the document, measurement, then if it has any differents, please reply to Develop Dept and your team leader in order to reply to customers in time. Chịu Trách nhiệm quản lý và điều hà nh nhóm khi vắng mặt nhóm trưởng./ Responsible for managing and administering the group when the leader is absent Task 2: Triển khai, phân bổ và tiến hà nh tạo rập, tạo file sao lưu trên hệ thống và là m việc cùng nhóm khi vắng mặt nhóm trưởng./ Deploy, distribute, and conduct creating a backup, creating backup files on the system and working with the team in the absence of the team leader. Tạo rập, nhảy size, đề xuất thông số cho khách hà ng . / Create, grade, propose measuring for customers. Cung cấp rập mềm, cứng cho bộ phận QA rập kiểm để giao cho may mẫu. / Provide paper patterns to QA Dept to check and then give Sample sewing dept. Chỉnh sửa rập kịp thời trong quá trình mặc 3D, kiểm rập, may mẫu báo lại . / If you get any problem from 3D, QA, Sample Sewing process, currect it immediately. Cung cấp rập Mock up, Test…/ Provide Mockup patterns, Test… Báo rập cho nhóm 3D, Định mức, Thông số, bảng mà u, chi tiết. / Info to 3D team, Consumption, Measurement, Trim- card, Detail table. Xuất file rập cho bộ phận Kaizen để là m Form . / Export patten files for Kaizen Dept to make Form. Gửi rập lồng, EPT cho khách hà ng . / Send Nest- pattern, EPT to customers. Task 3: Khi khách hà ng có comment, báo cáo và lấy ý kiến từ trưởng nhóm sau đó tiến hà nh chỉnh sửa, cấp rập, đề xuất thông số mới…/ When receive customer’s comments, report and get idea from team leader. Then adjust, provide patterns, propose the new measurement… Khi mẫu được Approve, tạo rập, nhảy size Asian. Tham gia họp và là m các loại rập mẫu ISR, GTM, PM. When patterns are approved, please create and grade Asian patterns. Attend meeting and create the sample patterns like ISR, GTM, PM… Theo dõi báo cáo giặt, ủi từ QA để cấp rập đúng tiến độ sản xuất. / Follow launder report from QA to provide patterns on schedule of production. Gửi rập lồng, EPT, thông số đề xuất cho từng giai đoạn. / Send Nest- pattern, EPT, Proposal measurement for each stage. Tham gia họp Handover với DEV, MER…Tiến hà nh là m rập Full size cho các size SS, T, TT, báo định mức đặt hà ng cho nhóm Định mức để Mer đặt hà ng đúng tiến độ . / Attend Handover Meeting with DEV, MER….Proceed to make Fullsize patterns for Stature Conversions, report consumption of order for Consumption team in order to Mer order on schedule. Tham gia họp Review mẫu, cải tiến mẫu với các bộ phận liên quan khi có yêu cầu ./ Attend Sample Review And Sample Kaizen Meeting with related dept when asked Task 4: Bảo quản, quản lý dữ liệu, tà i liệu. / Preserve, manage data, documents. Tự học hỏi nâng cao kỹ năng chuyên môn. / Self- study to improve an advanced skill. Hỗ trợ các nhóm khác khi có yêu cầu ./ Supports other teams when asked Tham gia đầy đủ các khóa huấn luyên của công ty, đặc biêt là hệ thống ISO 9001,ISO 14001,ISO 50001,ISO 45001…/ To attend fully company’s training courses that specially is systoms of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001…
