Nhân Viên Kế Toán Tổng Hợp (General Accountant)

Execute electronic payments, if applicable.
Accurately record and follow accounting regulations for economic transactions.
Verify the validity and reasonableness of payment requests. Ensure that all supporting documents are complete according to company and regulatory requirements.
Reconcile and review accounting data with business system data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports.
Monitor, verify, and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable on a weekly basis.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Perform payment processing and maintain records of documents and relevant materials in the responsible area.
Identify errors promptly, collaborate with relevant departments to resolve them, and report to upper management in a timely manner.

Familiarity with Vietnamese laws, accounting and tax standards.
Detail- oriented, honest, and responsible in work.
Have 1- 3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably experience in tax finalization and some insurance operations.
Proficient in office computer skills.
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Experience in e- commerce or e- payment is a plus.
Good reading comprehension in English.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting or Finance.
