Responsibilities
• Calculating payable hours, commission, bonuses, taxes and deductions
• Resolving payroll discrepancies
• Be trained to match the job
• Maintain and updating certified payroll records weekly
• Upload to the Certified Payroll Reporting websites
• Exporting data from CPR websites for processing in DIR websites
• Perform other jobs if required.
• Type employee timesheet data into payroll spreadsheet
Qualification & Experience
• Major in accounting or related field preferred;
• Beginner experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, company software and others
• Be able to use or communicate in English, TOEIC 550 or above;
• Education: College/ University Degree;

• Able to work well under pressure.
• Stay on top of and meet all deadlines of tasks.
• Fresher without experience can work with us.
