Daily Operations:
- Contact banks each Friday to collect store deposits.
- Verify and approve bills from RC and Kiton stores against inventory records.
- Deposit customer transfers into designated RC and Kiton bank accounts, maintaining clear cash flow control.
Inventory Management:
- Conduct end- of- month and quarterly inventory checks, with additional random checks as needed.
- Ensure inventory discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Track and process invoice payments for essential store needs (flowers, alterations, cobbling).
- Manage VAT refund process and issue red invoices (credit notes).
- Prepare reports for Tax Department submission.
Other Duties:
- Communicate effectively with Chef Accountant and store staff.
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date financial records.
- Stay up- to- date on accounting regulations and best practices.
Other Duites requested by Manager

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations; English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail accounting role.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
