Nhân Viên Hỗ Trợ Kinh Doanh Sales Support

Build strong relationships with customers to maintain existing business and drive growth.
Generate performance reports and provide insights for sales forecasting and strategic decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Identify upselling and cross- selling opportunities through client interaction and data analysis.
Maintain Salesforce with updated customer information, leads, and sales pipeline activities.
Support marketing activities for product promotions and special programs.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment details, delays, or custom requirements.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Manage administrative tasks such as pricing requests, tender documentation, and contract management.
Contribute to ad- hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the manager or functional team.
Assist sales representatives with quote preparation, presentations, and customer follow- ups.

1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems such as Salesforce or CargoWise.
Customer- focused with a growth mindset and experience in high- speed freight forwarding operations.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a collaborative, team- oriented attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills; detail- oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree with strong knowledge of Incoterms, global shipping practices, and supply chain terminology.
