Deliver messages, parcels, or requested items to guest rooms.
Monitor guest arrivals and departures, and assist during busy periods.
Handle guest requests for transportation, directions, and general information about the hotel and local area.
Escort guests to their rooms, carry luggage, and explain room facilities and hotel services.
Keep the lobby, luggage carts, and storage area clean and organized at all times.
Assist with luggage storage, retrieval, and delivery upon check- in and check- out.
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles.
Cooperate with other departments (Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security) to provide smooth guest experiences.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
Ability to lift and carry luggage; willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality is an advantage.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Male, in good health and presentable appearance
Basic English communication skills (greetings, directions, service explanation).
Courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
