Đảm bảo chất lượng, an toàn và tính toàn vẹn của thiết bị y tế/ Sản phẩm thú y (sau đây gọi là Hàng hóa: là các loại thuốc, vắc- xin, chế phẩm sinh học, hóa chất... được cấp phép sử dụng cho động vật nhằm mục đích phòng bệnh, chữa bệnh, chẩn đoán, hỗ trợ tăng trưởng hoặc phục hồi sức khỏe, bao gồm thuốc kháng sinh, men, vitamin, khoáng chất, thuốc ký sinh trùng... dùng trong chăn nuôi và thú y,) trong suốt quá trình vận chuyển, thông qua việc thiết lập, duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống GDP phù hợp WHO, đáp ứng yêu cầu thanh tra, kiểm tra và đánh giá nội bộ/đối tác. Tập trung vào giảm thiểu rủi ro chất lượng trong vận chuyển, đặc biệt với sản phẩm nhạy cảm nhiệt độ.
Position Objective
To ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of medical devices and veterinary pharmaceuticals (hereinafter referred to as Goods) during the transportation and distribution process by establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving a WHO- compliant GDP system. This role ensures readiness for inspections, audits, and internal/external / customer assessments, with a strong focus on minimizing quality risks during transportation. Particularly, follow up closely the temperature- sensitive products.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Quản lý hệ thống chất lượng GDP
Triển khai quản lý rủi ro chất lượng (QRM) cho các hoạt động vận chuyển, đặc biệt với hàng kiểm soát nhiệt độ.
Xây dựng, rà soát và phê duyệt SOP, WI, biểu mẫu GDP liên quan đến vận chuyển Hàng hóa.
Thiết lập, duy trì và cải tiến Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng GDP của công ty.
Tham gia xem xét của lãnh đạo, đề xuất cải tiến hệ thống định kỳ.
GDP Quality System Management
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s GDP Quality Management System.
Participate in Management Review and propose periodic system improvements.
Implement Quality Risk Management (QRM) for transportation activities, particularly for temperature- controlled products.
Develop, review, and approve GDP- related SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and forms related to Goods transportation.
2. Quản lý khiếu nại & sự cố chất lượng
Tiếp nhận, đánh giá và điều tra khiếu nại liên quan đến chất lượng hàng hóa trong vận chuyển.
Thực hiện Root Cause Analysis (RCA) và đề xuất CA and PA hoặc CAPA (nếu khách hàng yêu cầu) phù hợp.
Phối hợp với khách hàng, nhà sản xuất và các bên liên quan khi có khiếu nại về chất lượng.
Báo cáo kịp thời các sự cố nghi ngờ sản phẩm không đạt chuẩn hoặc giả mạo.
Complaint & Quality Incident Management
Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, and relevant stakeholders regarding quality complaints.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose Corrective and Preventive Actions (CA/PA) or CAPA (if required by customers).
Receive, assess, and investigate complaints related to Goods quality during transportation.
Timely report suspected non- conforming or counterfeit products.
3. Quản lý hàng trả lại & thu hồi (nếu có)
Hỗ trợ quy trình xử lý hàng trả lại và thu hồi, tập trung vào biệt trữ tạm thời và vận chuyển an toàn theo yêu cầu từ khách hàng hoặc cơ quan quản lý.
Tham gia và điều phối thu hồi sản phẩm khi có yêu cầu từ khách hàng hoặc cơ quan quản lý.
Đảm bảo hàng thu hồi được nhận diện, biệt trữ, bảo quản và vận chuyển đúng điều kiện.
Returned Goods & Recall Management (if applicable)
Participate in and coordinate product recalls upon request from customers or regulatory bodies.
Support returned goods and recall handling processes, focusing on temporary quarantine and safe transportation as required by customers or regulatory authorities.
Ensure recalled Goods are properly identified, segregated, stored, and transported under appropriate conditions.
4. Giám sát phương tiện & điều kiện bảo quản trong vận chuyển
Đảm bảo xe vận chuyển và thiết bị đáp ứng yêu cầu GDP.
Phê duyệt và giám sát:
Theo dõi nhiệt độ/độ ẩm liên tục trong quá trình vận chuyển.
Temperature mapping cho xe và thùng chứa.
Thẩm định xe vận chuyển, thùng chứa, thiết bị lạnh.
Giám sát FEFO trong vận chuyển (nếu áp dụng cho hàng tạm dừng).
Phối hợp xử lý deviation khi có sai lệch điều kiện bảo quản/vận chuyển.
4. Transportation Vehicles & Storage Condition Oversight
Ensure transportation vehicles and equipment comply with GDP requirements.
Approve and supervise:
Temperature mapping for vehicles and containers.
Continuous temperature and humidity monitoring during transportation.
Qualification/validation of vehicles, containers, and cooling equipment.
Coordinate deviation handling when storage or transportation conditions deviate from requirements.
Monitor FEFO compliance during transportation (if applicable for temporarily held Goods).
Quản lý hồ sơ & truy xuất
Đảm bảo hệ thống hồ sơ:
Lưu trữ thông tin lô, hạn dùng, điều kiện vận chuyển, tập trung vào hồ sơ vận chuyển.
Đầy đủ, chính xác, dễ truy xuất.
Rà soát hồ sơ vận chuyển, nhật ký nhiệt độ, biên bản giao nhận.
Documentation & Traceability Management
Ensure documentation systems are:
Complete, accurate, and easily retrievable.
Properly maintained for batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, transportation conditions, with a focus on transport records.
Review transportation records, temperature logs, and delivery documentation.

Đảm bảo sán phẩm chỉ được vận chuyển/phân phối cho đơn vị vận chuyển được ủy quyền.
Kiểm soát rủi ro trong vận chuyển đường dài, vận chuyển hàng xuyên biên giới (nếu có).
Tham gia đánh giá và triển khai GPS, logger nhiệt độ, IoT khi cần.
Operational & Distribution Oversight
Supervise key operational stages:
Dispatching
Receiving
Transportation
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of GPS systems, temperature loggers, and IoT solutions when required.
Control risks associated with long- distance and cross- border transportation (if applicable).
Ensure Goods are transported and distributed only through authorized transportation partners.

Xây dựng và triển khai đào tạo GDP cho:

Thực hiện tự thanh tra GDP định kỳ với các bên có liên quan cũng như Đội ngũ vận hành nội bộ của DSVxSchenker (team Operation của DSVxSchenker)

Quyền hạn
Yêu cầu tạm dừng vận chuyển/phân phối nếu có rủi ro chất lượng.
Đề xuất đầu tư cải tiến hệ thống (thiết bị, đào tạo, quy trình).
Quyết định biệt trữ, không cho xuất hàng khi chưa đáp ứng GDP.
Authority
Request suspension of transportation or distribution activities if quality risks are identified.
Propose investments in system improvements (equipment, training, procedures).
Decide on quarantine and prevent dispatch of Goods until GDP compliance is ensured.
