Nhân Viên Điều Phối Vận Chuyển - Transportation Coordinator

• Obtain, prepare, issue and check transportation documents to meet customs and insurance requirements, and compliance with Government&039;s regulations and Corona&039;s Policy.
• Planning and allocating drivers in order to maximize workload efficiency.
• Develop work schedules in line with priorities, devise and schedule bus, record bus data, such as number of guest, space availability, timeline and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting and recordkeeping purposes.
• May be required to perform other duties required by management.
• Identify and plan the most appropriate routes and means of transportation taking into account the nature of goods, costs, transit time and security.
• Handling queries from members and customers by phone, arrange and monitor bus and driver, and keep track of bus through all phases of the journey.

• Well- groomed appearance.
• Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
• Vocational School Certificate or above.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Officer is a must.
• Fluent in English and knowledge of basic transportation repairs are preferred.
• Two years of working experience required.
