Mô tả công việc:

Lấy mẫu và phân tích ở các giai đoạn khác nhau của quy trình sản xuất, nhập kho, xuất kho, v.v.
Làm việc với nhóm sản xuất để đảm bảo đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng
Rang, ủ và chuẩn bị bàn thử nếm
Ghé thăm kho của nhà cung cấp để lấy mẫu và giám sát chất lượng hàng nếu cần
Kiểm soát chất lượng cà tươi tại nhà máy chế biến ướt
Lập báo cáo chất lượng
Lưu trữ hồ sơ, báo cáo
Phân tích vật lý và thử nếm các mẫu nhận được tại phòng thí nghiệm
Thực hiện các chức năng Kiểm soát chất lượng hàng ngày;
Tích cực tham gia vào việc thực hiện các chương trình phát triển bền vững và đảm bảo các hướng dẫn được tuân thủ trong nhà máy

Job Description

Work with the production team to ensure quality standards are met;
Sampling and analysis at various stages of process and instoring, exstoring etc;
Physical analysis and cupping of samples received at the lab;
Preparation of quality reports;
Actively involve in the sustainability programs implementation and ensure the guidelines are followed in the mill;
Quality control of fresh cherries at wet mill;
Roasting, brewing and preparation of cupping table;
Visit supplier warehouses for sampling and loading supervision if necessary;
Carry out the day- to- day Quality Control functions;
Record keeping;

Kinh nghiệm

Có ít nhất 2 – 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong mảng sản xuất, chế biến cà phê ướt hoặc khô tại các công ty đa quốc gia.
Có kinh nghiệm về kiểm soát chất lượng cà phê là một lợi thế.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hặc Đại học.
Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm và ham học hỏi.
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và tương tác tốt.

Experience

Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in processing a Wet or Dry Coffee Mill at multinational companies.
Strong team player and eager to learn.
Good in communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
College or Bachelor graduated.
Experiences in coffee quality is preferable.
