Nhân Viên Business Analyst

Sky Corporation operates in the field of international e- commerce (Cross Border E- Commerce), providing a comprehensive service ecosystem including Platform, Fulfillment, Academy, etc. We are currently seeking to recruit a Business Analyst with the following details:

- Participate in project meetings (sprint planning, review, retrospective) to ensure requirements are implemented as agreed.
- Participate in training, share experiences, and mentor junior BA team members.
- Monitor, collect, and analyze product data post- deployment to evaluate performance and propose improvements.
- Build and maintain the product backlog, create User Stories, Use Cases, and other relevant documents.
- Work closely with stakeholders (stakeholders, BOD, Product Owner) to gather and clarify requirements.
- Analyze, prioritize, and transfer requirements to the development team following the Agile/Scrum process.
- Draft BRD, FRS documents, and detailed product function guides.
- Support the development team during testing, clarify requirements, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust and update documents according to changing requirements.

- Proficiency in business analysis and translating requirements into technical documentation.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem- solving skills.
- Experience with project and documentation management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of technology (API, UI/UX, Data Analytics) to effectively communicate with development and QA teams.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.
- Good English communication skill is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) in a software project environment, preferably with experience in eCommerce, Marketplace, or large- scale digital projects.
