Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and develop essential skills for careers in the field.
Assist in answering questions and providing guidance throughout the students’ career exploration journey.
Guide and support primary and secondary- level students with professional knowledge and skills (under the guidance of mentors) as they pursue the related career fields, helping them complete a simulated work project.
Knowledge: Use JM&039;s project curriculum based on the American Career Guidance Program
Encourage active participation in industry- related simulations and role- playing activities.
Participate in building up the simple career simulation project.
Participant in the training session led by JM&039;s Professional mentor team.
Career & soft skills: Direct the students to practice by leading them through case studies & the app/tool online/offline to have practical experiences

Thu nhập: 80,000 (VND)- 200,000 (VND) / hour
Địa điểm làm việc: At Partner Schools or Juvenis Maxime Building Office
Điều kiện làm việc:

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

English level: Competent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and guide individuals.
Excellent GPA (>3.0/4.0)
University student in 3rd year or 4th year, or fresh graduates
Empathy and a genuine commitment to the well- being and success of students
Experience in teaching and training on a project for primary and secondary students is an advantage.
Excellent problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities to assist students in overcoming career- related challenges.
