Maintain kitchen associates&039; attendance records, including days off, leave, overtime, and update work rosters as requested by the Chef or Manager.
Coordinate departmental schedules, appointments, meetings, conferences, and maintain administrative records and calendars.
Compile and analyze information to prepare reports, participate in training programs, and contribute to departmental objectives.
Handle telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and prepare business correspondence and other related documents.
Ensure the proper care of restaurant assets and office equipment, manage office supplies and purchasing, and maintain the confidentiality of departmental information.
Prepare and submit manpower and payroll- related reports to the Human Resources and Payroll teams.
Prepare, edit, file, and maintain correspondence, reports, meeting materials, minutes, and other administrative documents.
Yêu cầu công việc
Well- organized, detail- oriented, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is an advantage.
Diploma or Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email).
