Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable .Net Tech Lead for Software Team. In this role, your duties will include but not limit to:
Utilize and promote standards, best practices, design Patterns.
Help the development teams in improving their QA processes surrounding TDD
Development team to analyze, design, and implement enterprise- wide .Net based systems.
Continuously improve our processes and train and coach the development team on software engineering best practices.
Work with product managers on issues or questions related to system requirements.
Oversee the creation, execution and documentation of tests.
Planning, analyzing and defining solutions through business, functional and technical expertise.
Responding to inquiries concerning application development and support.
Interacting with IT and business stakeholders to present solutions, cost estimates, and delivery schedules.
Contribute to our DevOps processes around CI/CD practices and tools.
Required skills/Experience:
Must possess good leadership skills and have ability to lead a team of 3- 5
Experienced in Git or other source control systems
Have good knowledge about Object- Oriented Programming (OOP)
Experience in migrate Web/Windows Apps into Cloud
Hands- on experience with .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework (Core) or C...
At least 5 years of development experience in .Net.
Experience in AngularJS/NodeJS/JavaScript is plus
Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skill. Able to communicate with internal stakeholder and client expectations from the outset
Good English communication.
Experience in MS. SQL development
Agile/Scrum development cycle understanding is an advantage
