.NET Developper Team Leader

The project:
We are developing a custom CRM system. The system uses advanced design patterns such as
DDD and Event Sourcing
Key aspects of our custom CRM

Collaborate with different teams to deliver high- quality software solutions
CI/CD Pipelinesh
Transition the existing user interface from Ext.js to Next.js, ensuring a modern, responsive, and user- friendly experience
Utilize a variety of AWS services to build and maintain our infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
Enhance customer interactions by enabling voice communication capabilities directlywithin the platform
Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Implement cloud- native solutions to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
Leverage AWS Services
Integrate and Extend VoIP Systemsh
Participate in smaller side projects using .NET 6 and Python, adding variety and depth to your role
Rewrite and Modernize the UI
As well, there will be a possibility to contribute to side projects
Seamlessly integrate Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functionalities into our CRMsystem
Automate testing and deployment processes to improve development workflows
Plan and execute further integrations to automate processes and explore the potential of including Large Language Models (LLM) to optimize workflows.
Collaborate with the design team to implement best UI/UX practices
to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of code

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

VoIP integration (Asterisk, FreePBX) experience is a plus
AWS experience – a big advantage
Proficient in programming languages such as C, TypeScript + Python as an advantage
Experience with source control, CI/CD, and collaboration tools (Git, Azure Devops)
Ability to analyze and optimize code for performance and scalability
Excellent problem- solving and debugging skills
At least a basic understanding of DBs – MSSQL, Postgre, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis
Knowledge of web technologies (Next JS)
Experience with .NET and MV3
Strong communication and teamwork abilities and fluency in spoken and written English
