N2/N1 JLPT SAP Consultant-Intern/Fresher/Re-Skill (Việt Nam, Nhật Bản, Remote)

Role: Fluent Japanese/English SAP Consultant – Intern / Fresher / Re- skill
Training Provided: SAP Product & Process Training (2 months)Role Overview: As a SAP Consultant, you will support cross- functional SAP implementation and solution development projects by assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, coordination, and cross- language communication. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands- on experience in SAP consulting, business analysis, and project coordination within a professional, international environment.
Work Mode: On- site (Monday–Friday)
Location: Vietnam (HCMC) / Japan / Remote
Responsibilities
Demonstrate proactiveness, strong learning ability, and the capacity to work in a high- intensity environment.
Work closely with SAP consultants and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Support documentation of business processes, user stories, and test cases in both English and Japanese.
Act as a liaison between Vietnamese teams and Japanese- speaking stakeholders, participate in US/EU/JP projects
Coordinate and support ongoing SAP and internal projects across departments.
Assist in preparing pre- sales presentation materials for customer meetings and proposals.
Contribute to QA testing, feedback collection, and product improvement activities.
Prepare internal reports, project trackers, and workflow diagrams.
Support cross- team communication and documentation.Training RoadmapFirst 2 months: Full- time training (70% SAP product & process training, 30% support tasks).From month 3: Project- based On- the- Job Training (OJT).This position is designed for candidates aiming to re- skill and build a long- term SAP career, with a clear progression path from Business Analyst to Functional Consultant roles.

Qualifications

Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem- solving skills.
Good presentation and communication skills (e.g., preparing slides, explaining ideas clearly).
Eagerness to learn about SAP S/4HANA, logistics, and supply chain business processes.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2+ or N1 level is required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
English proficiency in both verbal and written communication (required).
