Galaxy Holdings is seeking a Multi- Channel Digital Marketing Lead who will drive our digital presence, optimize performance marketing initiatives, and lead influencer and seeding campaigns that enhance brand engagement and conversion. This role requires a strategic yet hands- on marketer with a proven ability to execute across diverse digital platforms, leveraging data- driven insights to achieve measurable results. who excels in driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion through data- driven campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Marketing & Growth Strategy:
• Manage media budgets and ensure effective allocation to meet KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention).
• Explore and test new growth channels, ad formats, and automation tools.
• Design and optimize user acquisition funnels to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
• Lead the planning and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
• Develop a holistic view of performance across channels, integrating data from paid, organic, influencer, and community marketing for unified measurement and optimization.
Seeding & Influencer Marketing:
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to ensure authentic brand storytelling and performance- driven outcomes.
• Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs, influencers, and micro- creators to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of influencer and seeding activities (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions).
• Plan and execute seeding strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement across relevant online platforms and communities.
Social Media & Community Development:
• Monitor social trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform future campaigns and creative direction.
• Build and scale engaged communities, especially in MMO or user- based ecosystems.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow organic reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with online communities and affiliates to drive awareness and acquisition campaigns.
Data Analytics & Optimization:
• Build and maintain performance dashboards consolidating results across paid, earned, and owned channels.
• Continuously analyze campaign data to identify insights, trends, and growth opportunities across all digital touchpoints.
• Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative performance evaluation to enhance campaign results.
• Work closely with Data and Product teams to translate user insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
