Mobile Developer (React Native)

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create custom components and maintain consistent theming.
Implement internationalization and localization.
Implement and optimize features such as authentication, document management, 3D model viewing, file/folder browsing, PDF viewing/annotation, and project management.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
Ensure high performance, offline support, and seamless user experience.
Develop and maintain cross- platform mobile applications using React Native.
Write and maintain automated tests.
Integrate with native modules and third- party SDKs (e.g., PDFTron).
Work with CI/CD tools (Fastlane) and support OTA updates (CodePush).

Required skills:

PDFTron SDK.
Fastlane (CI/CD).
Redux, Redux- Observable (RxJS).
WebView integration.
Local Database (AsyncStorage/Realm).
React Native (iOS & Android).
Custom UI Components.
Internationalization (i18n).
Native Modules (Android/iOS).
JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of UI/UX standards and design principles.
Experience with PDF manipulation, document management, and 3D visualization in mobile apps.
Contributions to open- source projects.
Experience with mobile app release process.
Strong understanding of construction industry workflows and work package management systems.
Proven track record in developing offline- first mobile applications with complex data synchronization.
Experience with other mobile development frameworks/languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin).
Ability to work with cross- functional teams including field workers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
