Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Research and feedback to improve system performance.
Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code.
Develop, maintain and release mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality of the project.
Contribute to code and architecture reviews to keep their code quality high.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Write high- quality, well- tested, clean, simple, and maintainable code; build common libraries.
Debug and resolve production issues; take part in blameless postmortems.
Ensure designs are following compliance with specifications.

2+ year experience in Flutter Development
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
3+ years of experience working with mobile development
Knowledge of Flutter framework, ecosystems, and popular Flutter libraries (BLoC, Provider, Firebase, etc)
Understand the balance between technical and business decisions.
Familiarity with RESTful/Protobuf APIs and strong experience in network/socket libraries for real- time data processing and secure data storage in app is big plus.
Must be able to say "I was wrong", because no one is perfect.
