Middle/Senior Data Analyst Python, SQL, Power BI, AWS

Work with stakeholders across the business to prioritize projects based on impact and drive delivery
Build dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights
Work with the data engineering team on the data enrichment needs of the product team
Developing a process to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, empower informed decision making for stakeholders
Ensuring governance and being a steward of good analytical practices throughout the process
Drive business impact through actionable insights and identifying key opportunities for rapid growth

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Practical experience in data pipeline/ETL tools such as Airflow, DBT, or similar frameworks
Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with SQL Server and cloud- based data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift)
Demonstrated experience working with reporting platforms, ideally with familiarity in platforms similar to SSRS
Experience with data monitoring and alerting systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or any other analytical field (relevant experience will be considered for other degrees)
Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Hands- on experience with Python (e.g., pandas) for manipulating large datasets and extracting business insights
Experience in setting up or migrating to a Data Lake or cloud warehouse, preferably migrating from SQL Server to Redshift
Ability to collaborate cross- functionally to support reporting and analytics migration efforts
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineer or related roles
Expertise in Power BI, particularly in developing and maintaining financial reports
