The Position
With OPSWAT’s rapid growth in the cybersecurity industry, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact through data.
OPSWAT is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Power BI- focused) to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in transforming financial data into actionable insights. The role centers on developing and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that enable strategic, data- informed decision- making.
Based in Vietnam and reporting to the FP&A Manager, this position works closely with global teams, including those in San Francisco and Tampa. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, experience with business analytics, and the ability to manage large datasets within a fast- paced, high- growth environment.
What You Will Be Doing

Build automated reporting tools and financial models in Power BI and Excel to support strategic analysis.
Identify opportunities to optimize FP&A processes through data automation and scalable analytics solutions.
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews by delivering accurate, data- driven insights to stakeholders
Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards to visualize key financial and operational metrics.
Translate large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support financial and business strategy.
Develop and monitor KPIs that align with business priorities and financial objectives.
Collaborate with teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to deliver a holistic performance view.

What We Need from You

3–7 years of hands- on experience with BI and analytics tools, especially Power BI (plus SQL, Python, and Excel).
Proven ability to build models and insightful dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
Strong English proficiency
Experience in a dynamic, data- driven environment
At least 5 years of working experience
Strong analytical mindset—skilled at transforming complex datasets into clear, business- ready insights.

It Would Be Nice if You Had

Previous experience as an Analyst supporting Revenue Operations or FP&A.
Experience using CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).
Advanced MS Excel abilities, including financial modeling and automation.
Strong MS PowerPoint skills to visualize financial insights with charts and graphs.
Experience in FP&A or financial analytics.
A growth mindset—open to coaching and development to enhance your skills and career.
Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Reporting and Dashboards.
