Responsibilities
As a Senior/Middle Backend Engineer at GHN, you will play a critical role in designing and developing scalable backend systems that power Vietnam&039;s leading logistics platform. You’ll work on high- impact projects that optimize core operations—from pickup to delivery—while driving technical excellence, system reliability, and innovation across teams.

Agile Collaboration: Work in a fast- paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high- impact features and improvements.
API Development: Design and implement robust, secure, and well- documented open APIs to support seamless integration with internal systems and external partners, enabling a more connected logistics ecosystem.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, modular, and testable code that adheres to engineering best practices. Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and documentation to maintain high standards across the codebase.
Design & Develop Logistics Solutions: Build and enhance scalable backend systems that power core logistics operations, including first- mile pickup, last- mile delivery, warehousing, sorting, and freight transportation.
Performance & Reliability: Continuously monitor and improve system performance. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and contribute to system refactoring efforts to enhance reliability, maintainability, and scalability.

Senior Backend Developer:
Requirement:

Solid knowledge of event processing models, parallel programming, multi- threading, enterprise integration pattern, Socket, Web Service, and REST
Good cross- team communication skills
At least 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle project development using Golang
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Familiar with Microservices, event- driven architecture.
Distributed Caching such as Redis
Proficient in relational databases, and familiar with at least one NoSQL DB
Extensive experience in software design, architecture, development integration

The following skills would be nice to have

Experience with big- data technologies such as Apache Kafka, and OLAP
Experience creating React- based UIs
Knowing how to work with Docker, K8S or cloud services, e.g GCP, AWS... is a big plus

Backend Developer:
Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience with full lifecycle of project development using Golang
Good cross- team communication skill
Good knowledge of event processing models, parallel programming, multi- threading, enterprise integration pattern, Socket, Web Service, and REST
Experience with distributed caching technologies such as Redis
Familiar with at least one SQL DB such as MySQL, PostgreSQL
Familiar with Microservices, event- driven architecture.

The following skills would be nice to have

Experience with big- data technologies such as Spark, Airflow
Knowing how to work with Docker, K8S or cloud services, e.g GCP, AWS... is a big plus
