Job description
Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and marketing teams to align product goals with business objectives.
Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring a user- centric product approach.
Prioritize product backlog and feature development based on business impact and customer needs.
Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature development.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success.
Conduct data- driven decision- making using market research, analytics, and customer feedback.
Ensure successful product launches, coordinating efforts across cross- functional teams.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, or Technology.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
Strong problem- solving skills, data analysis, and decision- making capabilities.
Preferred Certifications/Licenses (Nice to Have): Pragmatic Institute Certification (PMC), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
Experience in customer research, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
3- 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
Proven ability to develop and launch products, working closely with cross- functional teams.
