platform for the Insurance domain
. You will:

Mentor 2 team members, guide code quality and support knowledge sharing.
Integrate front- end features with APIs and backend services.
Build and enhance our insurance platform for the insurance sector, serving regional clients (focused on Vietnamese)
Design and implement reusable, modular components for consistency and scalability.
Develop responsive, user- friendly front- end interfaces using ReactJS.
Collaborate closely with BA, backend teams and QC in an Agile environment.
Contribute ideas to continuously improve product usability and performance.

Your skills and experiences

Has experience or is comfortable guiding Fresher/Junior Developers, and has an interest in becoming a Front- end team leader in the future.
Familiar with Git workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
Experience with responsive UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.)
2+ years of experience in a Front- end Developer (ReactJS)
Good understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, MobX)
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
“Can do” attitude and result- oriented
Open to learn new things and learn from others
Good time management, communication and problem- solving skills.

Nice to have

Financial services/ Insurance industry domain knowledge is a plus
Understanding Microservices, SOA
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good writing and reading English skills is a plus
Knowledge about Websocket is a plus
Experience with Java
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/ Information Technology/ Engineering, or equivalent.
Familiar with RESTful services, Docker
