Middle DevOps Engineer (English required - up to 55M)

Drive adoption of secure development practices across supported tools and platforms.
Maintain and improve operational workflows to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
Document support procedures, FAQs, and technical guidance for internal users.
Partner with engineering team to identify and resolve systemic issues.
Collaborate with the SFI team to assess and improve the security, privacy, and compliance posture of internal tools.
Provide technical support for CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Frame, S360), ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes.
Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to DevSecOps workflows.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of software security, privacy, and compliance principles.
Hands- on experience with CI/CD tools and DevSecOps practices.
Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools and processes (e.g., Frame, S360, SDL).
Excellent problem- solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
Experience in technical support or customer service roles.
Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft’s internal SFI framework and tooling.
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Ability to work cross- functionally in a fast- paced, global environment.
