Middle Bussines Analyst

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users.
Conduct analysis of business and user needs to understand requirements.
Understanding well all integration points of the system such as CRM, Call Center, Distribution Management System (DMS), Inventory system, Document Management system, etc.
Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design.
Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/documents that can be used by the Software Development/System and DBA/Architect team to implement on systems/applications.
Work closely with the development team and third- parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of solutions to requirements.

Undertake other tasks assigned by the Manager.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:

Understanding of databases such as MSSQL, PL/SQL Oracle query. Specifically about technology: MS technology.
Work under pressure and have self- awareness.
Ability to perform pre- sales work
Prioritize long- term commitment.
Graduate or have experience in a Business Analyst (BA) role in IT Systems Development with an understanding of web service based integration.
Having experience working with suppliers/partners is an advantage.
Good integration experience across various platforms such as web and mobile applications.
Ability to learn and work with new technologies.
Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical audiences and business users.
Communicate well in English (4 skills: Listening- speaking- reading- writing)
Candidates have 3 years of experience or more.
Candidates have experience working in the Bank.
