Middle Business Analyst (English/Japanese)

• Compose related documents, such as: Requirement Traceability, User Manual, UAT Training...
• Communicate with development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation.
• Communicate with customers to clarify business and support if there are any change requirements from customer.
• Document functional and business requirements documents: create wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams and use cases.
• Support development team to communicate with the customers regarding implementation QA/Issue.
• Analyze the requirements from customers’ material/transfer from senior BA in business view.

• Have IT background or knowledge of coding is a plus point.
• Have experienced in Reverse Engineering project is a plus point.
• Ability to research documents and analyze requirements.
Have at least 2 year of BA experience in IT industry.
Fluent in English (both oral & written) or Japanese (both oral & written) is an advantage.
• Experience in working at project abroad is an advantage.
• Good Domain Knowledge (any of Logistics, Healthcare, Finance and Banking, Retail and Commerce...) is an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Be proactive, Self- Study abilities and Positive attitude at work.
• Responsible, accurate and able to work under high pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in UML, Design and Modelling tools is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new technologies and ability to work under pressure, available to work at anytime
• Have good skill at: Teamwork, Analysis, Design, Communication and Presentation.
• Logical thinking and problem solving, ability to articulate and translate ideas and concepts into solid business requirements
