Middle Back End Developer Java, NodeJS, PHP

We’re looking for an experienced Back End Developer to be responsible for designing system architecture, setting codebase standards, and optimizing performance for real- time features. Your main responsibilities will include:
Functional:

Design Microservices architecture for scalability and maintainability across game lines or features.
Build and implement Unit Tests, validate business logic, and standardize event flows (results, player states, system interactions).
Ensure game backend security: anti- cheat, session validation, and prevention of fake requests/spam.
Collaborate closely with game designers and client developers to ensure smooth integration of backend systems with the game client.
Design, implement, and maintain groups responsible for APIs, real- time logic processing, and player interaction systems.
Establish codebase standards: folder structure, naming conventions, and processing flows.
Actively participate in and lead the development of backend systems using Java, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Optimize performance for critical operations such as matchmaking, win- rate systems, jackpot, and reward logic.
Implement CI/CD, auto- scaling, logging, and monitoring systems for the game backend.

Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.
Actively handle production incidents, trace logs, identify root causes, and deploy quick solutions.
Design, support and oversee cross- functional teams throughout the Organization.
Analyze requirements from the Game Design Document (GDD) and propose suitable architecture.

Flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem- solving skills.
Experience in building real- time systems with Socket.io, WebSocket, Redis pub/sub, event- driven architecture.
Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Experience with databases (MongoDB, MariaDB, Redis) for game state management.
Great communication and team- building abilities.
Experience with Spring Booth, Lavarel is a plus.
Good English communication skills (TOEIC 500+ or equivalent).
Experience with large- scale real- time game systems is an advantage.
Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of experience in backend system development with at least 3 backend languages (Java, Node.js, Go, , C, etc.), especially with Java, Node.js, PHP.
Familiarity with Cocos Creator networking integration and multiplayer game flow.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related major.
Proficient in Kafka, RabbitMQ
