Mid/Senior Software Engineer .Net, C#

LizAI is seeking a talented individual who is passionate about building the next generation of AI in Healthcare. You will work with many cross- functional teams and be responsible for, but not limited to, designing, building, and maintaining the highly scalable platform. You are expected to display a high level of determination to complete work in a resourceful and proactive manner.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor new hires or junior engineers.
You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
Design, code, and test new features, making marked contributions to the application and process, emphasizing performant, decoupled, testable, and maintainable code.
Possible international business travels.
Report the data to the team.
Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Comply with the data storage policies of LizAI.
Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
As a software engineer, you will work on multiple projects critical to LizAI’s needs, with our fast- paced business growing and evolving. Our engineers need to be versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full- stack as we continue pushing technology forward.

Minimum qualifications:

Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and being exposed to Scrum projects.
Minimum 2 years of backend (C and .NET framework) and/or full- stack experience building highly scalable and distributed systems.
Solid experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in relevant web development frameworks such as Angular, .Net Core and .Net 4, Web API, ASP.NET MVC, etc.
Good command of English communication.
Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience developing on top of large data sets and complex data structures.
Thorough understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, OOP, and functional programming, asynchronous and event- driven development.
Strong experience developing RESTful APIs, C, ASP.NET Core, Docker/Kubernetes.
Ability to work with diverse, global teams in many locations and time zones.
Experience leveraging AWS.
Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
Exceptional problem- solving and ability to work independently.
​​Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines and adapting to changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative, cross- functional environment.

Compensation includes monthly (base) salary, year- end bonus (13th month- salary and more), and performance- based bonuses.
Monthly (base) salary is negotiable and up to $ 1,500. Factors for consideration are level, job- related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
