Mid / Senior Quality Control Engineer QA QC, Tester

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Quality Control Engineer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for ensuring software excellence. In this role, you‘ll contribute to the stability and performance of our wide range of applications, including those in enterprise systems, AI, and 3D technologies. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

Key Responsibilities
Manual

Conduct thorough testing of API endpoints to validate system performance and reliability.
Be flexible to adapt and learn new tools and tech- stack in short time.
Create and maintain Test Plan, Test Strategy documents for the release.
Work closely with cross- functional teams to thoroughly understand project requirements and ensure deliverables meet expected standards.
Promote quality assurance in your team by owning the testing process and making quality an important deliverable.
Drive the shift- left approach by embedding quality practices early in the development lifecycle.

Auto

Write and maintain automated test scripts for consistent quality assurance.
Engage in code reviews and provide input on quality considerations.
Design and implement strategies to continuously improve testing frameworks and automation pipelines.

For Senior Role

Participate in QA Hiring and enablement.
Contribute to test strategy, planning, and execution for complex features across multiple domains.
Ability to mentor or guide peers in automation best practices and modern testing methodologies.

Must- have skills

Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly with engineers and project stakeholders.
Growth mindset – eager to learn new domains, technologies, and testing practices.
Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving abilities.
Hands- on experience with automation frameworks/tools such as Playwright (preferred), Selenium, RestAssured, or similar
Solid test design based on best practices techniques (risk- based, boundary/value analysis, data- driven)
5+ years of experience in QA or software testing (at least 3+ years in test automation)

Academic Background

Strong academic background (preferred, GPA 7.0+), kindly indicate your GPA in your CV.
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

Bonus skills

Experience testing AI- driven functionalities.
Performance testing basics (e.g., k6/JMeter).
Experience in security testing basics and shift- left security.
Understanding of Azure DevOps or cloud service platforms.

Monthly wage: USD1,500‐3000
