Microsoft-based IT Manager

• Collaborate with other departments, to ensure that their technology needs are met.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft applications and services (such as Power Apps, PowerShell, Power BI, US Teams, Power Automation, Azure, and Power Virtual Agent).
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.
• Implement software updates and security patches.
• Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and technologies in IT and make recommendations for improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end- users.
• Manage Active Directory and Exchange.

• A Bachelor&039;s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required (Master&039;s degree preferred).
• Experiencing managing Active Directory and Exchange
• At least 3 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on MS tools.
