MICE Manager

• Taking ownership of the sales process with MICE clients:
+ Escorting clients, and groups when needed
+ Meetings, inspections with clients
• Monthly, yearly reports & targets
• Conducting site inspections of hotels, restaurants, and other venues;
• Promoting various destinations and products offered by Asia DMC, advising clients on suitable products and services based on their requirements;
• Building relationships with existing clients and addressing any complaints;
• Coordinating booking requests with the operations team for various services;
• Overseeing the inquiries, confirming bookings with the team, and being involved when there are problems;
• Working with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high- quality services;

• Being fluent in English is a plus;
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• At least 02 years of experience at the same level.
• Self- organized, a good team coordinator, and able to work under pressure;
• Have strong communication skills and be service- oriented;
