Meta Ads Performance Marketing Lead (Up To $7.000 + Sign On Bonus Up To 3 Month)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Performance Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other digital marketing channels. You will lead a team of 3- 4 marketing specialists, and work closely with other teams, including the creative team, product team and data team, to achieve company goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up- to- date on new technologies and techniques.
Work with the data team to analyze campaign data and identify areas of improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of 3- 4 marketing specialists to improve their performance, knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives that drive conversions.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to meet company KPIs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 1 years of experience in managing a team of 3- 5 marketing specialists.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
Self- starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast- paced environment.
At least 2 years of experience in e- commerce, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
Proficient in English language (especially Reading skill) .
Experience in Google, Tiktok or Pinterest ads is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
Strong technical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, including setting up campaigns, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
