MES Process Optimization Specialist

Responsibilities
As a MES & Process Optimization Specialist at NSC, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with fixed working hours from 3PM to 11PM Vietnam time.
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Specialist for Process Optimization and Digitalization of our production processes. In this role, you will be a key driver in modernizing our manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and innovation. You will act as a critical link between production, quality assurance, IT, and engineering, working with both local and global teams. Main responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Analyze and evaluate production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and to support data- driven decision- making.
Production Support: Provide first- level support to our production teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with local and global teams, fostering a collaborative and high- performing work environment.
Manufacturing Recipe Management: Create, test, and manage manufacturing recipes within our production systems.
IT Project Support: Actively support and contribute to a variety of IT projects related to our production landscape.
Employee Training: Train employees on new processes, systems, and best practices.
Cross- Functional Interface: Serve as a key liaison between various departments, including Quality Assurance (QA), Information Technology (IT), Engineering, and Production.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with manufacturing processes in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) production environment.
Solid programming and coding skills.
Fluent in English
A proactive and independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
Completed vocational training (EFZ) in a technical field (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food technology, automation, IT) or a university degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business informatics, pharmaceutical technology).

Nice- to- have skills and experience

Prior experience in creating and managing manufacturing recipes.
A track record of successful project work.
Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV).
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting.
German speaking is a bonus
Previous experience in a first- level IT or production support role.
Hands- on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
