Support and work with suppliers, customers and internal departments to facilitate and quote
expectations in an organized and timely manner to achieve deadlines given, as assigned by
immediate supervisor. 9. Procuring RM for the relevant styles in time and good quality to ensure smooth flow of
best price to customers with in the agreed time lines. 4. Support price negotiation with RM suppliers to achieve best profitability/ margins. 5. Finalizing costing for assigned styles and ensuring all information regarding costs and lead
time are mentioned accurately on cost sheet. 6. Pre- costing / final costing updates to be checked and sent to data team. 7. Review and develop fabrics / trims / lab dips for relevant styles in an organized and timely
sample submission. 10. Booking sample room capacity for relevant season/customer in a timely and accurate
manner to achieve deadlines given, as assigned by immediate supervisor. 8. Review and develop samples for relevant styles with accurate customer requirements /
manner. 11. Responsible for initiating risk analysis meeting. 12. Follow up and execute all relevant testing & TOP samples within agreed timelines as
the assigned activity, in timely and organized manner. 20. Make PO & Follow up Invoice for payment
coordinate with cross functional teams with updated and accurate information. 16. Responsible for coordinating with team for risk analysis and initiating relevant tests for
product performance, as required by customer. 17. Check mails and respond within 24 hours. 18. Communicate/get relevant information to keep all parties updated in timely manner. 19. Follow- up with internal/external parties for all related documents to start, process and finish
timelines required. 15. Negotiate pricing and capacity with relevant suppliers in timely and organised manner and
required by customer. 13. Initiating, developing and finalizing wash / dyeing as required. 14. Download and initiate graphic/embellishment developments with relevant suppliers, in
coordination with cross functional team to achieve expected customer outcome and within

- Work in a similar position for at least 2 years
- Computer skills: Good
- Have knowledge about the merchandise development.
- English: Good
