Merchandiser

Purpose of Job:
- Follow up the customer orders from beginning to the end and ensuareon time shipment.
- Make sure the material is often available according to the production progress.
Other task base on head of department instructions.
Main Duties:
Consolidate all the necessary details for costing and send to all related parties.
Send 3rd party Inspection booking according to customer’s request
Sending weekly order status to B.U Manager
Work with customers to get information related to orders such as the number of orders, technical standards.
Send material list to purchasing & follow up material in house
Send samples as required by each customer, each order
Checking cost sheet.
Daily communication with Business unit in Israel via email/phone call.
Make trim card with new style/color
Order status follow up
Update orders & raw materials for each order to planning & highlight if any affected order
Work with related departments to prepare necessary information for production such as raw color sheets, technical documents, packing instructions...
Approved PL & test invoice before shipment
Checking/reviewing customer’s manual and requirements from sample development, testing, till shipments.
Making T&A
Update WIP to customer every week.
Make summary for planning open CO once received new order.

Having knowledge of: Garment/textiles major
Level of Using Foreign language: Fluently
Computer knowledge: Competently
Ability: Working independently, high pressure
Education: University
