Merchandiser / Export-Coordinator

United Potteries Saigon, a leading pottery and furniture manufacturer in Vietnam is expanding. We are looking for qualified candidates with export and merchandising experience.

Other customer account management tasks by specific requests from customers.
Externally, besides the customers, you will be working with inspection companies and the logistic providers to check the quality, book containers and arrange shipments.
Preparing and or check all shipping documentation (Commercial invoice, Packing list, etc. BL, fumigation certificate etc).
For a seamless in- house process you will coordinate with our production, quality control, labeling and warehouse team.
You will handle an order from beginning to end. The assigned customer accounts from quotation stage, via the purchase order, shipment, payment till you received feedback about the goods.
Working directly with internal teams on enquiries including quality claims from customers.
Follow up all requests for samples and new developments.

Fluently in English (in both writing and speacking) is a must.
Sense of customer service.
Detail- orientation is a must. You need to love numbers and accuracy.
Other languages including French, Italian, German is a plus.
Experience in the pottery / funiture industry is a plus.
Typing with 10 fingers and good knowing of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
