Merchandise Senior Executive (Beverage)

Communication and announcement to other departments;
Store visiting round and communication;
Sharing negotiations result: reporting, summarize, meeting;
Reference for practical use;
Floor planning: sales analyses, zoning, layout, planogram;
Other job as assigned by Line Manager.
Negotiation: new product, promotion, basic sale, contract condition;
Running sales promotion plans;
Analyzing supplier performance: products, rebates, sales…;
Searching for new supplier;
Control product variation and replacement: preparing products and shelves parts, etc.…;

Education and Knowledge

Graduated from College/University in relevant field;
Deep knowledge about FMCG market situation.

Experience

At least 03 years of experience as Purchasing or Buyer in Supermarket/CVS/Retail (about Beverage)

Skills and Abilities

Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment;
Willingness to try new categories. Aggressiveness to find new categories and suppliers;
Good command of English and computer skills. (Priority).
Searching for new supplier, negotiation skill, analytical ability;
Sense of sociable, positive, commitment and communication ability with other departments, stores, buyers, and suppliers;

Other characteristics

Handle situations quickly and coordinate well with each MD.
Detail- oriented and able to work under high pressure;
