Mô tả công việc

- Understand the work requirements of Operations team & Merchandise team to coordinating the development of sales, the development of brands.
- Another tasks that required by Group Brand Manager/Operation Manager.
- Monitor Gap in Inventory Process, then improve the speed of New Arrival Launching, Replenishment and Pullback.
- Able to implement KPI.
- Corporate with Principal in Buying Process, Shipments Arrival, Data Transferring, Pricing and another Merchandise guideline.
- Liaise with Logistic team to align Inventory Schedule Weekly/High- traffic Occasions, monitor the efficient of stock delivery
- Liaise with Operation, Visual Merchandise, MKT, Finance team to achieve Brand KPIs of Gross Margin, Profit Dilution, aging Stock.
- Analyst past sales figures/trends in order to forecast sale targets in the future.

- 3 years experience in Shoe/Bag/Accessorize branch.
- Forecasting skills.

Financial:
- Fully be aware of saving the resources of the company including manpower, tangible and intangible assets and overhead resources of the company.
- Know the team’s revenue/budget performance in an ongoing basis.
- Contribute to the revenue- generating/cost- controlling activities of the team.
Operational:
- Follow company’s processes, procedures, and policies (PPPs).
- Be proactive and resolve issues or escalate those being over- authorized to respective superior.
- Maintain the security and safety of the office, employees and guests by keeping a watchful eye on the office, ensure all entrances are guarded or closed and locked at all times.
