Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled MEP Engineer to support our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, preparing technically accurate proposals, and providing MEP design solutions that align with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed and competitive technical proposals.
Conduct site visits or attend project meetings when required to gather technical data.
Prepare technical documentation including BOQs, equipment selections, and preliminary designs.
Support the estimation team by providing technical input and value engineering options.
Present and explain MEP systems to clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Analyze project specifications and client requirements to develop suitable MEP solutions.
Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility.
Stay up- to- date with industry standards, codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC), and technological developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in MEP design, estimation, or presales.
Must be able to communicate Vietnamese & English.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and client presentation skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), MS Excel, and other engineering tools.
Familiarity with local and international codes and standards.

Working Hours
: Monday to Friday

Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
