POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
The primary responsibility of the Representative, MPC is to actively manage and represent Vietnam MPC department which guide the Member organizations in conforming to the rules for Member conduct set out by the Corporation. The principle focus of this position is to ensure that Members understand and embrace Herbalife’s rules.
Responsible for managing the workflow of the MPC department and to ensure efficient and effective operation and also help to resolve issues that may emerge in the context of relationships with Members, primarily in connection with the Member Business Practices and Compliance function.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Case files
To handle the complaints/inquiries regarding to non- compliance practices from Member & related internal departments.
Research, investigate, communicate with Member, collect & analysis the provided information from Members, complete issue resolution by recommendations.
Keep abreast of the trend of business practices, trend of Members and/or any uprising issues.
Strive to complete MPC files within target timeline.
Do review the Lifetime Volume to make sure that the qualifications are valid and not a result of volume manipulation. Assess whether a qualification should be approved or denied.
Member Communication & Education
Manage complete training project including project scope, schedule & quality
To provide guidance & training to Members and drive Members education programs
Nutrition Club
Participate in the other initiatives related to Nutrition Club practices to raise awareness of Members in understanding and complying with the company’s guidelines.
In charge NC registration to make sure following the Nutrition Club guidelines & Directions
Carry out Nutrition Club Ambassador program. To monitor the accuracy and provide feedback on the Nutrition Club Visit program.
Event Compliance
Ensure that all Member’s presentation and testimonials comply with all company’s internal regulations/SOPs applied to various events; at utmost transparent and non- bias manner through both direct & in- direct methods.
Travel as the need arises to attend Company & Member conferences/events dealing with dedicate and violated issues and participate as a trainer/spokesperson and otherwise on Member Business Practices and Compliance worldwide seminars.
Others
Address the ad hoc tasks, when necessary, as requested by MPC Supervisor or Head Department.
Report to MPC Supervisor, escalated issues and ensure consistent application of our rules in Vietnam.
