To report daily matters of importance in the Duty Log.
To appear on duty at the time specified on the departmental roster in the company uniform, correctly attired, including name badge.
To liaise with taxi services to ensure a fast, efficient service to hotel guests.
To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
To perform other duties assigned by the Superiors.
To Handle guest luggage by transporting it from the vehicle to the luggage trolley, taking extra care with all luggage handled.
Coordinate all traffic flow along the Hotel Driveway.
To recognize regular, return guests, Melia Rewards Guests and VIP&039;s.
To ensure that the main entrance, Driveway and Car park are always kept clear and clean.
To have a sound understanding and extensive knowledge of City, providing directions when necessary.

At least 1 year in international hotels in the GRO position.
Korean- TOPIK 3- 4 level, written & spoken
College Degree or above
