Assist in menu development, innovation, and implementation.
Train, develop, and manage the culinary team, including scheduling and performance evaluation.
Supervise and manage daily operations across all resort kitchens (All- Day Dining, Specialty Restaurants, Banquets, etc.).
Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all food meet 5- star standards.
Enforce strict adherence to HACCP and all food safety & hygiene standards
Yêu cầu công việc
College Degree or above
2 years in the hospitality industry in a similar position in a 5 star, deluxe hotel.
Vietnamese- Excellent level, written & spoken
English- Good level, written & spoken
