You’ll oversee the full content lifecycle: concept → production → post → performance, managing a high- performance creative team while ensuring every piece of content elevates the GAM brand and its partners.
The Media Director is the creative architect and production leader behind all GAM content, from esports storytelling to social media, partnerships, and original shows.

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:
Creative Strategy & Leadership (25%): Develop and execute GAM’s content strategy across esports, lifestyle, and brand partnerships.
Performance Tracking: Set and monitor content KPIs (views, engagement, retention, conversion) to improve creative ROI.
Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with BD and Esports to turn campaigns, tournaments, and partnerships into powerful stories.
Storytelling & Campaign Creation (25%)
Turn player journeys, tournaments, and brand collaborations into authentic, emotionally resonant stories that strengthen GAM’s influence and audience engagement.
Develop and execute storytelling campaigns across esports, lifestyle, and partnerships.
Media Production Oversight (25%)
Lead the entire production process — from concept to post- production to deliver world- class content on time and on brand.
Original IP Development: Oversee GĀM Changers Podcast and other upcoming media formats, from planning to launch.
Performance & Optimization (15%)
Define and track key creative KPIs such as views, engagement, retention, and conversion.
Analyze results to continuously optimize storytelling impact, content performance, and creative ROI.
Team Leadership & Culture Building (10%)
Foster a collaborative, high- performance environment that blends creative innovation with professional discipline.
Recruit, coach, and inspire creative talents who embody GAM’s culture and values.
