Mechanical Leader

- Responsible all issues related to Mechanical engineering, machinery and equipment in services.
- Cooperate equipment supplier supervisor with sub- contractor.
- Support Site Manager in building, implementing and maintaining a management system suitable to the Mechanical maintenance.
- Responsible for review and approve for WO risk assessment and WO method statement.
- Organize the implementation and supervision of activities related to the field of Mechanical maintenance equipment in HDPE/PP/LL plant when assigned by the Site Manager.
- Responsible for performing the tasks assigned by the Site Manager and responsible for implementation and assigning work to members and workers the daily production tasks at site, strictly complying with Quality management system (QMS), HSE management system…
- Coordinate with other departments (Electrical, Instrument, Common Service…) if any.
- Prepare method statement, schedule if requirement.
- Working time : Monday- Saturday at Long Son (Shuttle bus provided)
- Be available at the petrochemical plants 24h/7d, including weekends, holidays, etc. to handle technical situations arising during the operation of the petrochemical plants.
- Planning and estimating materials, equipment, and human resources to ensure the progress of repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

- Strong leadership, problem solving, excellent technical and management skills are required.
- Graduated at least Bachelor/ Engineer degree
- Must have knowledge of document: OIM, P&ID, Datasheet, IO list, C&E chart and Control Logic.
- Proficient in CMMS (Maximo/SAP or similar...), Navisworks, 2D/3D AutoCAD, MS Office,
- Must have knowledge of standard: API, ASME, ANSI, …code of Mechanical.
- Management experience in Oil & Gas Industrial, Heavy/Petrochemical Industrial or Related Industries: At least 05 years as Leader.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, excellent technical and management skills are required.
- Experience in Oil & Gas Industrial, Heavy/ Petrochemical Industrial or Related Industries: 05 07 years.
- Proficient in CMMS (Maximo/SAP or similar...), Navisworks, 2D/3D AutoCAD, MS Office, …
- Must have experience in work with static equipment, rotating equipment: pumps, cooler, compressor, vessel, tank, skid, valve, boiler, … and work related to scaffolding, insulation.
- Have in- depth and up- to- date knowledge on the maintenance of key equipment used in industrial/petrochemical plants.
- Experience in the Leader position of Mechanical Maintenance Team and performing specialized work in the Overall Maintenance (Turn Around) of industrial plant.
- Experience in managing the Reliability and mechanical integrity of the production assets of industrial plant.
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English
- Demonstrated ability to effectively control schedule, concise execution of plans, integrity and strong communication skills. Strong customer relation management skills is needed.
