Be fully responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of high- speed aseptic filling lines. This includes managing complex machinery such as blow- moulders, aseptic fillers, cappers, and labelling systems while ensuring strict adherence to microbiological safety standards.
Duties will include and not be limited to
Startup phase
- Team Development: Build a high- performance team to participate in commissioning milestones, ensuring a seamless transition from project phase to daily operations.
- Oversee I&C: supervise supplier activities during installation and commissioning to guarantee alignment with quality, safety, and scheduling KPIs.
- Documentation Control: Secure all technical manuals, P&IDs, and maintenance documentation from vendors to build a sustainable internal knowledge base.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all system qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) are finalized and approved by the lead customer and regulatory bodies.
- Process Standardization: Facilitate the development of aseptic- specific SOPs, HACCP plans, and GMP standards to ensure long- term operational excellence.
Operational phase
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs, update equipment data, and document all maintenance activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze data to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Breakdown Response: Respond swiftly to equipment failures, diagnose problems, and arrange solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with production, management, and external vendors/contractors.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules for planned maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Inventory Management: Manage spare parts, anticipate needs, and place orders.
- Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs or replace defective parts.
- Training & Supervision: Guide junior staff and coordinate training for new equipment/procedures.
