Mechanic Manager

- Lead the Mechanic Team to innovate automated or automatic machines that will suit the needs of the Company’s rapid development, such as sewing machines, loading machines and so forth
- Handle ad- hoc tasks as assigned.
- Oversees a full spectrum of mechanic activities including but not limited to innovation, testing, components production, assembly and maintenance
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and garment- related machines and make suggestions and analyses to the management whether to adopt new equipment
- Make plans and schedules of components production and assembly

- Excellent command of spoken and written English (knowing Korean as well will be a strong advantage)
- Proactive, mature, self- motivated, able to work under pressure and team player
- Strong leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to station in the factory in Thanh Hoa Province.
- Comprehensive knowledge in machinery used in woven and knit garment production
- Minimum 5 years of solid mechanic innovation and production experience, ideally from garment manufacturing industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Mechanic Manager)
