• Responsible for Loyalty Reward Club program and ensure the membership system is fully run and operated affectively
• Responsible for the day to day management of the Casino Marketing department of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc
• Develop strategy to effectively market to our targeted mass and premium mass casino gaming players. This includes but is not limited to:
• Ensures quality hiring, training, and succession planning.
• Utilizing existing databases to develop effective promotions to our target gaming customers
• Perform market analysis on our competitors in Vietnam and South East Asia & Asia to competitively market our integrated resort product
• This should include the development of event theming, planning guidelines and / or run sheets ensuring all events flow smoothly and efficiently and are seen to be positively received by our customers and contain such things as MC’s, as well as ideas that create fun and add value etc for our customers
• Works closely with department management to establish sound operational business practices and methods to ensure all projects and assignments produce quality results, remain within budget and meet targeted deadlines.
• All agencies, media contractors, printing and merchandising sub- contractors to have sufficient time to produce copy, seek internal approvals and have all materials produced and delivered on site or elsewhere as required a minimum of 30 to 60 days in advance of the event to ensure all media can be placed and located across the property, in our offices, in other selected outlets as they become available, or in any other related entities to publicize these events efficiently and maximise the return to the business
• Ensuring the Calendar and event type, including key marketable concepts are confirmed 90 days in advance to the scheduled date of the respective event to enable;
• Performs other management duties as required.
• Directs the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to ensure Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc’s competitive position in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic hospitality/gaming environment.
• Provides leadership for the division including: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
• Develop process to enhance and grow the existing database through various marketing techniques.
• Assisting in the development of a regular weekly and daily Calendar of events and promotions to attract our target market players such as casino gaming tournaments, promotional give- away, jackpot management, lucky draws, etc.
• Ensure on a daily basis that accurate and timely data is provided to other Departments in respect to anticipated player numbers;
