Marketing Team Leader

We are looking for a
Marketing Team Leader
to lead strategic marketing initiatives, product marketing, and enhance engagement for SkyJoy. This role will focus on brand awareness, campaign management, and partnerships to scale our loyalty program and maximize customer lifetime value.

Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize returns on investment.
Market Research & User Insight: Conduct market research and analyze user insights to understand customer behaviors, trends, and preferences, ensuring informed marketing decisions.
Brand Management: Build and strengthen the SkyJoy brand through consistent messaging, storytelling, and creative execution across all channels.
Performance & Data Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs, optimizing campaigns based on performance insights.
Competitor Research: Monitor industry trends and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and differentiate SkyJoy in the market.
Campaign Development: Plan and oversee multi- channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, CRM, PR, and offline activations, ensuring high engagement and ROI.
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive SkyJoy’s growth, ensuring alignment with business goals and the loyalty program’s objectives.
Cross- functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Data, Ops, and Partnership teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage Agency: Work closely with external agencies to ensure high- quality deliverables, effective campaign execution, and alignment with SkyJoy’s marketing strategy.
Supervise Design & Content: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring high- quality visual and written content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Education & Work Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience, with 2 years’ experience at manager level.
BS/BA in Marketing or related field.
Experience with social media (Facebook, Tiktok), or the creative media industry is a plus.
Marketing experience in travel, airline, loyalty programs, lifestyle, OTA or retail is preferred.
Experience with integrated marketing communication.
University degree in business or related discipline.

Detail- oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Entrepreneurial, self- starter with hands- on approach.
Comfortable with data, analytics, CRM and loyalty programs coupled with creativity and a passion for branding.
